A set of charters that define the duties, authorities, and working procedures of the Company’s organs, as well as their supporting committees.

Accordingly, the Company has established and implemented various charters governing the roles, responsibilities, and interrelationships of the Company’s organs, as well as its supporting committees. These charters are disclosed as part of the Company’s commitment to transparency and accountability to stakeholders, and serve as internal guidelines to ensure the consistent implementation of GCG principles across the organization.
