Yuli Melati Suryaningrum is an Indonesian citizen, 47 years old, residing in Jakarta.
She was appointed as the President Director of BCA Syariah during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) on May 19, 2021, and received approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on May 6, 2021. Her latest appointment was during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) on March 11, 2022, for a term until the RUPST in 2025.
Before joining BCA Syariah, she had a career at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) from 1996 to 2021, holding various strategic positions, including Head of Group Corporate Banking & Finance (2018-2021).
Currently, she does not hold positions as a member of the Board of Commissioners, member of the Board of Directors, or Executive Officer at other banks, companies, and/or institutions. She also has no financial relationships, share ownership, and/or family ties with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholders.
Yuli Melati Suryaningrum earned her Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Bogor Agricultural Institute (Institut Pertanian Bogor) in 1996 and a Master's degree in Management from Prasetiya Mulya Business School in 2004. She has also participated in various executive training programs, both domestically and internationally, including training on Sustainable Finance Renewable Energy Technology in Germany, Agile Leadership & Strategic Vision in Jakarta, Change Management in Jakarta, and other training programs in leadership, management, financing, sustainable finance, general and sharia banking, as well as risk management.

Indonesian citizen, 56 years old and domiciled in Jakarta.
Houda Muljanti was appointed as Director of BCAS at the AGMS on March 15, 2016 and received OJK approval on September 24, 2016. The last appointment was at the AGMS on March 11, 2022 for a term of office until the AGMS in 2025. Houda Muljanti serves as Director and also serves as Director in Charge of Compliance Function.
Prior to joining BCAS, she had a career at BCA and held managerial positions as Head of the Human Capital Strategy and Solution Sub-Division (2012-2016), Head of the HR Management Sub-Division (2006-2012), and Head of the HR Policy Development Bureau (2001-2006). She served as Commissioner at PT Sentul Damai Resort (2012-2016), had a career at PT SQ Centre Indonesia (1993-2001) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (1991-1993).
She currently does not hold concurrent positions as a member of the Board of Commissioners, member of the Board of Directors or Executive Officer at any bank, company, and/or other institution and has no financial, share ownership, and/or family relationship with any member of the Board of Commissioners, member of the Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholder.
Houda Muljanti earned a Bachelor of Economic Law degree from the University of Indonesia (1990) and a Master of Management degree from the Prasetiya Mulya Management Institute (2005). She has also attended various executive trainings both domestically and abroad including the GALLUP Accelerated Strengths Coaching Course, Financial Inclusion Summit Asia 2017 and other trainings in the fields of Human Resources, Risk Management, and Islamic Banking.

Ina Widjaja was appointed as Director of BCA Syariah at the AGMS on February 22, 2023 for a term of office until the AGMS in 2025 and has received OJK approval on February 7, 2023.
Prior to serving as Director of BCA Syariah, she served as Commissioner of BCAS (2022-2023). Before joining BCA Syariah, he served as Advisor at BCA Digital (October 2021 - February 2022) and had a career at PT BCA Tbk (1990-2021) by holding various strategic positions including Head of Commercial Credit Risk Analysis Group and SME (2018-2021) and Head of KCU Asemka (2016-2018)
Currently, he does not hold concurrent positions as a member of the Board of Commissioners, member of the Board of Directors, or Executive Officer at other banks, companies, and/or institutions and has no financial, share ownership, and/or family relationships with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholders.
He earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from Trisakti University (1989) and a Master of Management from Prasetya Mulya University (2007). He has attended various executive trainings such as What is Wrong with Data - Jakarta, Digital Factory - Jakarta; Social Engineering Awareness - Jakarta; as well as other training in the fields of leadership, general and sharia banking, credit/financing, and risk management.

Pranata was appointed as Director of BCA Syariah at the AGM on March 6, 2019 and received OJK approval on September 24, 2019. The last appointment was based on the AGM on March 11, 2022 for a term of office until the AGM in 2025.
Prior to serving as Director, he served as Head of the Financial and Corporate Planning Work Unit of BCA Syariah from 2010-2019. He also had a career at Bank Danamon (2002-2010) holding various managerial positions including SAVP Financial and Control Team Leader, Bank Danamon Sharia Business Unit (2009-2010), Business Planning Head, SEMM DSP Bank Danamon (2006-2009) and Portfolio Management Head, CMM DSP Bank Danamon (2004-2006).
Currently, he does not hold concurrent positions as a member of the Board of Commissioners, member of the Board of Directors, or Executive Officer at other banks, companies, and/or institutions and does not have any financial, share ownership, and/or family relationships with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholders.
Pranata completed his education in Informatics Engineering from the University of Persada Indonesia Jakarta (2002) and the Bandung Institute of Technology (1998). He has participated in various training programs including in General Banking, Sharia Banking, Risk Management, Corporate Finance and other training in the field of leadership.

Lukman Hadiwijaya is an Indonesian citizen, 54 years old, residing in Jakarta.
He was appointed as a Director of BCA Syariah during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) on March 11, 2022, for a term until the RUPST in 2025, and received approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on March 8, 2022.
Before joining BCA Syariah, he had a career at PT BCA, Tbk (1992-2022) and held various strategic positions, including Head of Application Management Group (2020-2022) and Head of the Enterprise Security Unit (2014-2020).
Currently, he does not hold positions as a member of the Board of Commissioners, member of the Board of Directors, or Executive Officer at other banks, companies, and/or institutions, and he has no financial relationships, share ownership, and/or family ties with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholders.
Lukman Hadiwijaya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Satya Wacana Christian University (1992). He has participated in various executive training programs, both domestically and internationally, such as Digital Currency – Jakarta, Digital Factory – Jakarta, Social Engineering Awareness – Jakarta, Mobile World Congress – Spain, as well as other training programs in the fields of leadership, general banking, Islamic banking, and risk management.
