Yuli Melati Suryaningrum is an Indonesian citizen, 50 years old, domiciled in Jakarta.
She was appointed as the President Director of BCA Syariah during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) on May 19, 2021, and received approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on May 6, 2021. Her latest appointment was during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) on 4 March 2025, for a term until the RUPST in 2028.
Before joining BCA Syariah, she had a career at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) from 1996 to 2021, holding various strategic positions, including Head of Group Corporate Banking & Finance (2018-2021).
Currently, she does not hold positions as a member of the Board of Commissioners, member of the Board of Directors, or Executive Officer at other banks, companies, and/or institutions. She also has no financial relationships, share ownership, and/or family ties with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholders.
Yuli Melati Suryaningrum earned her Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Bogor Agricultural Institute (Institut Pertanian Bogor) in 1996 and a Master's degree in Management from Prasetiya Mulya Business School in 2004. She has also participated in various executive training programs, both domestically and internationally, including training on Sustainable Finance Renewable Energy Technology in Germany, Agile Leadership & Strategic Vision in Jakarta, Change Management in Jakarta, and other training programs in leadership, management, financing, sustainable finance, general and sharia banking, as well as risk management.

Indonesian citizen, 57 years of age, domiciled in Banten.
Eduard Guntoro Purba was appointed as Director of BCA Syariah at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on 4 March 2025, for a term of office until the AGMS in 2028, and has obtained approval from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) on 20 December 2024.
Prior to joining BCA Syariah, he built his career at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (1993–2023), where he last served as Head of the Risk Management Division (2011–2023). He also held several strategic positions, including Senior Adviser Credit Risk Management (2009–2011) and Adviser, Risk Management Unit (2004–2009). He has an extensive track record in various strategic organizations, including serving as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dana Pensiun BCA (2020–2023), Member of the Advisory Board of the Banker Association for Risk Management (BARA) (2024–2027), and Member of the Basel II Working Group at Bank Indonesia (2006), and an active lecturer in banking and risk management.
Currently, he does not hold concurrent positions as a member of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, or Executive Officer in any bank, company, and/or other institution, and has no financial, shareholding, and/or familial relationships with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholders, whether directly or indirectly.
He obtained a Master’s degree from the University of Indonesia (2000) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Indonesia (1993). He has also participated in various executive training programs, both domestically and internationally, including the Senior Executive Education Programme at London Business School; the UW Pacific Rim Bankers Program at the University of Washington Foster School of Business; Risk Minds Asia – Singapore; Portfolio Construction Training: Connecting You to Deeper Insights in an Uncertain World – Jakarta; Digital Awareness Program – Jakarta; as well as other programs in leadership, management, conventional and Islamic banking.
In addition, he is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder, a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), and holds Risk Management Level 7 certification.

Ina Widjaja was appointed as Director of BCA Syariah at the AGMS on February 22, 2023 for a term of office until the AGMS in 2025 and has received OJK approval on February 7, 2023.Her latest appointment was during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) on 4 March 2025, for a term until the RUPST in 2028.
Prior to serving as Director of BCA Syariah, she served as Commissioner of BCAS (2022-2023). Before joining BCA Syariah, he served as Advisor at BCA Digital (October 2021 - February 2022) and had a career at PT BCA Tbk (1990-2021) by holding various strategic positions including Head of Commercial Credit Risk Analysis Group and SME (2018-2021) and Head of KCU Asemka (2016-2018)

He earned a Bachelor of Economics degree from Trisakti University (1989) and a Master of Management from Prasetya Mulya University (2007). He has attended various executive trainings such as What is Wrong with Data - Jakarta, Digital Factory - Jakarta; Social Engineering Awareness - Jakarta; as well as other training in the fields of leadership, general and sharia banking, credit/financing, and risk management.

Pranata was appointed as Director of BCA Syariah at the AGM on March 6, 2019 and received OJK approval on September 24, 2019. The last appointment was based on the AGM on March 11, 2022 for a term of office until the AGM in 2025. His latest appointment was during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) on 4 March 2025, for a term until the RUPST in 2028.
Prior to serving as Director, he served as Head of the Financial and Corporate Planning Work Unit of BCA Syariah from 2010-2019. He also had a career at Bank Danamon (2002-2010) holding various managerial positions including SAVP Financial and Control Team Leader, Bank Danamon Sharia Business Unit (2009-2010), Business Planning Head, SEMM DSP Bank Danamon (2006-2009) and Portfolio Management Head, CMM DSP Bank Danamon (2004-2006).

Pranata completed his education in Informatics Engineering from the University of Persada Indonesia Jakarta (2002) and the Bandung Institute of Technology (1998). He has participated in various training programs including in General Banking, Sharia Banking, Risk Management, Corporate Finance and other training in the field of leadership.

Lukman Hadiwijaya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Satya Wacana Christian University (1992). He has participated in various executive training programs, both domestically and internationally, such as Digital Currency – Jakarta, Digital Factory – Jakarta, Social Engineering Awareness – Jakarta, Mobile World Congress – Spain, as well as other training programs in the fields of leadership, general banking, Islamic banking, and risk management.
