Core Values

The core values of BCA Syariah are a set of values designed to provide a moral and behavioral foundation for every individual within BCA Syariah who works in the organization

BCA Syariah believes that every individual in the organization is the most valuable asset. Therefore, the core values of BCA Syariah are developed based on the belief that to achieve its vision and mission, it requires individuals who adhere to a set of specific values. The core values of BCA Syariah encompass four key values abbreviated as TRIP, which are:

TEAMWORK (Kerja Sama)

Teamwork is the interaction and synergy based on self-awareness and understanding of others to achieve organizational goals. The value of Teamwork consists of 3 key behaviors:

  • Understand (Understanding)
    Understanding one's own strengths and weaknesses and those of others, aligning actions based on this understanding.
  • Interact (Interacting)
    Creating and maintaining strong and quality relationships continuously.
  • Synergy (Synergy)
    Providing input and/or actions that are beneficial to achieving common goals.

RESPONSIBILITY (Tanggung Jawab)

Responsibility involves carrying out roles and tasks with full attention and care to meet specific customer expectations and needs. The value of Responsibility consists of 3 key behaviors:

  • Act (Taking Action)
    Performing tasks well, sincerely, and comprehensively.
  • Aware (Being Caring)
    Having sensitivity, understanding, and attention to situations and/or customers.
  • Serve Sincerely (Serving Sincerely)
    Serving by digging, understanding, and fulfilling customer needs with empathy and providing appropriate solutions according to the customer's character.

INTEGRITY (Integritas)

Integrity entails a steadfast commitment to upholding honesty, commitment, and openness consistently to build the company's trust with customers. The value of Integrity comprises 3 key behaviors:

  • Honest (Honesty)
    Conveying facts wisely while considering the interests of the Company and customers.
  • Commit (Commitment)
    Adhering to all regulations, rules, codes of ethics, and applicable norms, being loyal, and proud to be part of BCAS.
  • Transparent (Transparency)
    Being open while adhering to the principles of caution and considering the interests of the Company and customers.

PROFESSIONAL (Profesional)

Professionalism involves positively presenting an image, attitude, and competence consistently improved to become better in performing roles and tasks to enhance the company's image. The value of Professionalism consists of 3 key behaviors:

  • Appearance (Positive Image)
    Presenting oneself, behaving, and communicating professionally.
  • Competence (Competence)
    Possessing technical and non-technical competencies to support task implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement (Continuous Improvement)
    Having the willingness and ability to continuously improve performance to achieve better results.
