Virtual Account BCA Syariah

Easy and practical bill payment

BCA Syariah's Virtual Account (VA) is the convenience of the payment process through a virtual account. This service makes it easier for corporate partners to identify every incoming fund from customer transactions.

Features

There are two types of services that partner company can choose according to they needs, as follow:

  • Access Virtual Account Through Website Portal
  • Virtual Account Access via Open API

Types of bills that can be accommodated by the BCA Syariah Virtual Account are:

  • Close Payment: The bill must be paid according to the nominal amount of the bill given.
  • Partial Payment: Bills can be paid less than the nominal amount of the bill given however, it cannot be more than the total bill.

Bills can only be paid in IDR currency.

  • Website Portal service VA BCA Syariah can be integrated with BCA Syariah Internet Banking channels BIQ by BCA Syariah or use Open API by integrating with the company's partner system.
  • Fast and easy identification of fund receipts and reconciliation
  • Various payment channel such as BCA Syariah e-channels, BCA ATMs, or other Bank channels.
  • Transfer method using BI-FAST, Online, SKN or RTGS.
  • 24 x 7 transaction and real-time fund transfer message.
  • Transaction report dan data are provided to facilitate easy reconciliation.

Requirement

  1. Partner company is a business entity or individual business.
  2. Have a BCA account on behalf of the partner company for settlement need.
  3. Have a BIQ facility if you want to be integrated with the same token.
  4. VA BCA Syariah submission is made at BCA Syariah’s branch or by Account Officer (AO) by filling out forms and requirements
  5. For Virtual Accounts via Open API, it is required to:
    • Conduct network development, testing, and configuration.
    • Use IT Gateway services that have collaborated with BCA Syariah or that have been appointed by the company's materials and have been approved by BCA Syariah.
    • Fill out the Application Programming Interface (API) Facility Cooperation Form and Conditions.
    • Integrate API with BCA Syariah.

Fee Scheme

VA Creation Fee

The fee is calculated from the amount of VA made by the facility recipient. Fees will be debited every month

Transaction Fee with Flat Tiering

The fee is calculated based on the number of successful transactions made through the VA. The fee will be debited every month

VA Creation Fee

The fee is calculated based on the number of VAs created by the facility recipient. The fee will be debited monthly

Transaction Fee with Flat Tiering

The fee is calculated based on the number of successful transactions made through the VA. The fee will be debited every month

Transaction Fee with Split Tiering

A tiered fee scheme is applied to the facility recipients. The fee will be debited monthly

Direct VA Creation Fee

The fee will be debited from the customer’s account each time a new VA is created

Direct Transaction Fee

The fee will be debited from the customer’s account each time a new transaction occurs.

Limit

The maximum limit per transaction can be adjusted in the Virtual Account Management service application form. However, if the transaction is made through another bank’s channel, it will follow that bank’s limit policy

Important Information to Note

  • Transaction fees are charges applied to the company’s partners for Virtual Account transactions that have been successfully settled on to the partner.
  • The amount of the fee is adjusted according to each Line of Business (LoB) and is subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • There is a risk of fail billing data uploads due to incorrect data format.
  • Possible connection timeouts between BCA Syariah and the company’s partner, which may result in discrepancies between the partner’s transaction data and BCA Syariah Virtual Account transaction reports (specifically for BCA Syariah Open API Virtual Account).
