Indonesian citizen, 60 years old, and domiciled in Surabaya.
Ratna Yanti was appointed as Independent President Commissioner of BCA Syariah at the AGMS on February 22, 2023 for a term of office until the AGMS in 2025 and received OJK approval on January 13, 2023.
Prior to serving as Independent President Commissioner of BCA Syariah, she served as Independent Commissioner of BCA Syariah (2020-2023). She had a career at BCA (1988-2018) and held various strategic positions including Head of the Surabaya Regional Office (2015-2018), Head of the Semarang Regional Office (2011-2015), Head of the Balikpapan Regional Office (2010-2011), and as a Leader in several BCA Main Branch Offices (Veteran, Darmo, and Indrapura) in 1997-2010. He was trusted as the Head of the BCA Representative Team in the acquisition process of Bank Royal Indonesia and Rabobank International Indonesia (2019-2020).
Currently, he does not hold concurrent positions as a member of the Board of Commissioners, member of the Board of Directors, or Executive Officer at other banks, companies, and/or institutions and does not have any financial, share ownership, and/or family relationships with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholders.
He earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Surabaya (1987). In addition to formal education, he has also participated in various training programs both domestically and abroad, including the Overseas Bankers Training Program-Wachovia USA, Pacific RIMS Banker-Foster School of Business Washington University USA, Strategic Marketing Program-BCA Asian Institute of Management, Strategic Management and Leadership Program-BCA Australian Institute of Management, as well as other training in the fields of Credit, Human Resources, Leadership, General Banking, Risk Management, and Sharia Banking.

Rickyadi Widjaja was appointed as Commissioner of BCA Syariah at the AGMS on February 22, 2023 for a term of office until the AGMS in 2025 and received approval from the OJK on January 13, 2023.
Before serving as Commissioner of BCA Syariah, he served as Director of BCA Syariah (2018-2023). He previously had a career at BCA (1989-February 2018) by holding various managerial positions, namely Head of Credit Risk Analysis Group, Head of Commercial and Retail Credit Sub-Division and Deputy Head of Commercial Credit Division.
Currently, he does not hold concurrent positions as a member of the Board of Commissioners, member of the Board of Directors, or Executive Officer at other banks, companies, and/or institutions and does not have any financial, share ownership, and/or family relationships with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholders.
Rickyadi Widjaja earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Deakin University Melbourne Australia (1989) and has participated in various training programs both at home and abroad, including training in the fields of Leadership, General Banking, Islamic Banking, Risk Management and Corporate Finance.

Indonesian citizen, 56 years old, and domiciled in Jakarta.
Inge Setiawati was appointed as Independent Commissioner of BCA Syariah at the AGMS on February 22, 2023 for a term of office until the AGMS in 2025 and has received approval from the OJK on February 7, 2023.
Before joining as Independent Commissioner of BCA Syariah, she served as Head of Corporate Social Responsibility Work Unit of PT BCA Tbk., (2016-2022). Previously she served as Corporate Secretary of PT BCA Tbk., (2011-2016) and held the position of Branch Manager at several Main Branch Offices of Bank BCA.
Currently she does not hold concurrent positions as a member of the Board of Commissioners, member of the Board of Directors, or Executive Officer at other banks, companies, and/or institutions and has no financial, share ownership, and/or family relationships with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholders.
He earned a Master of Management degree from the University of Indonesia (2000) and an Architectural Engineering degree from the Bandung Institute of Technology (1990). He has attended various executive trainings including: Digital Awareness for Executives (2018), Risk Management Certification (2015): Asean Global Leadership Development Program, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, Beijing (2013), Operational Risk Management, Euromoney, Hongkong (2022), Executive Development Program, Australian Institute, Perth (2001) and other trainings in the fields of leadership, general and sharia banking, credit/financing and risk management.
