The Board of Commissioners, the Sharia Supervisory Board, and the Board of Directors work together to realize sustainable and high-quality company growth
Ratna Yanti
Independent President Commissioner
Ratna Yanti, a 59-year-old Indonesian citizen residing in Surabaya, was appointed as the Independent President Commissioner of BCAS during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) on February 22, 2023. Her term is until the RUPST in 2025 and received OJK approval on January 13, 2023.
Before serving as the Independent President Commissioner of BCAS, she held the position of Independent Commissioner at BCA Syariah (2020-2023). She had a career at BCA (1988-2018) and held various strategic positions, including Head of the Surabaya Regional Office (2015-2018), Head of the Semarang Regional Office (2011-2015), Head of the Balikpapan Regional Office (2010-2011), and leadership roles in several main BCA branches (Veteran, Darmo, and Indrapura) from 1997 to 2010. She was entrusted as the Head of BCA's Representative Team during the acquisition process of Bank Royal Indonesia and Rabobank International Indonesia (2019-2020).
Currently, she does not hold concurrent positions as a member of the Board of Commissioners, member of the Board of Directors, or Executive Officer in other banks, companies, and/or institutions. She also has no financial relationships, share ownership, and/or family ties with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholders.
She earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Surabaya in 1987. In addition to her formal education, she has participated in various training programs both domestically and internationally, including the Overseas Bankers Training Program at Wachovia USA, Pacific RIMS Banker at Foster School of Business Washington University USA, Strategic Marketing Program at BCA Asian Institute of Management, Strategic Management and Leadership Program at BCA Australian Institute of Management, as well as other training programs in Credit, Human Resources, Leadership, General Banking, Risk Management, and Islamic Banking.
Rickyadi Widjaja
Commissioner
Rickyadi Widjaja, a 59-year-old Indonesian citizen residing in Jakarta, was appointed as a Commissioner of BCAS during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) on February 22, 2023. His term is until the RUPST in 2023 and received OJK approval on January 13, 2023.
Before serving as a Commissioner of BCAS, he held the position of Director of BCAS (2018-2023). He previously had a career at BCA (1989-February 2018), holding various managerial positions such as Head of the Credit Risk Analysis Group, Head of the Commercial and Retail Credit Subdivision, and Deputy Head of the Commercial Credit Division.
Currently, he does not hold concurrent positions as a member of the Board of Commissioners, member of the Board of Directors, or Executive Officer in other banks, companies, and/or institutions. He also has no financial relationships, share ownership, and/or family ties with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholders.
Rickyadi Widjaja earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Deakin University Melbourne, Australia, in 1989, and has participated in various training programs both domestically and internationally, including training in Leadership, General Banking, Islamic Banking, Risk Management, and Corporate Finance.
Inge Setiawati
Independent Commissioner
Inge Setiawati, a 55-year-old Indonesian citizen residing in Jakarta, was appointed as an Independent Commissioner of BCAS during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) on February 22, 2023. Her term is until the RUPST in 2025, and she received OJK approval on February 7, 2023.
Before joining as an Independent Commissioner of BCAS, she served as the Head of the Corporate Social Responsibility Unit at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) (2016-2022). Previously, she held the position of Corporate Secretary at PT BCA Tbk (2011-2016) and served as a Branch Manager at several Main Branch Offices of Bank BCA.
Currently, she does not hold concurrent positions as a member of the Board of Commissioners, member of the Board of Directors, or Executive Officer in other banks, companies, and/or institutions. She also has no financial relationships, share ownership, and/or family ties with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, and/or controlling shareholders.
Inge Setiawati earned a Master of Management degree from the University of Indonesia in 2022 and a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 1990. She has participated in various executive training programs, including Digital Awareness for Executives (2018), Certification in Risk Management (2015), ASEAN Global Leadership Development Program at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, Beijing (2013), Operational Risk Management at Euromoney, Hong Kong (2022), Executive Development Program at the Australian Institute, Perth (2001), and other leadership, general banking, and risk management training programs.
