BCA Syariah Enhances Services in Bandung

Bandung, December 18, 2023 – As a sharia commercial bank that focuses on providing a variety of banking products and services for the entire Indonesian community, BCA Syariah strives to continue growing with all its customers, one of which is by relocating the Branch Office of Bandung and the Sub-Branch Office (KCP) of ULS Asia Afrika.

Starting today, Monday, December 18, 2023, the BCA Syariah Branch Office in Bandung, which was originally located at Jalan Asia Afrika 122-124 Bandung, has moved to Jalan Ir. H. Juanda 118 Bandung, while the BCA Syariah Sub-Branch Office ULS Asia Afrika, originally located at Jalan Ir. H. Juanda 118 Bandung, has moved to Jalan Asia Afrika 122-124 Bandung. This step is taken to better serve BCA Syariah customers.

The inauguration of the Bandung Branch Office was marked by the ribbon-cutting ceremony conducted by the Director of BCA Syariah, Houda Muljanti, at the BCA Syariah Branch Office in Bandung (12/18/23). During the inauguration, Houda stated, "The relocation of this branch office is BCA Syariah's effort to continually improve services oriented towards the comfort and convenience of customers in meeting the needs of fundraising and financing products."

As of October 2023, the total assets of BCA Syariah in the Bandung region amounted to Rp486.2 billion. BCA Syariah's assets in Bandung are supported by the growth of Third Party Funds (DPK) amounting to Rp446.8 billion, an increase of 32.7% compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, the financing distribution reached Rp306.6 billion, with the largest financing composition in the commercial segment reaching Rp145.5 billion, MSMEs Rp92.1 billion, and consumer Rp68.9 billion.

Ease and convenience in transactions can be accessed through mobile and internet banking services, BCA Syariah Mobile and Klik BCA Syariah, as well as BCA's extensive ATM and EDC network.

Through BCA Syariah Mobile, customers can enjoy easy, fee-free transfers between BCA and BCA Syariah, transfers to other banks through BI Fast, QRIS payments, as well as cardless cash withdrawals at all BCA ATMs. Not only that, the community can also make contributions for the Implementation of Hajj Worship Costs (BPIH) through the entire branch network of BCA Syariah.
